Sandra Donaghue is an elementary school administrator in her sixteenth year leading her fifth community in Ontario, Canada.  Over the span of her thirty years in education, she has facilitated workshops for new administrators, organized conferences for Principals and Vice-Principals and been an instructor and mentor for the Principal Qualification Course for the Provincial Association of Catholic Principals. Sandra has served on her local Executive Principals and Vice-Principals association for the past ten years and as Elementary Councillor on the Provincial executive. She has just completed a tenure as the President of the Catholic Principals Council of Ontario. She has written articles for Principal Connections, contributed blog posts as a guest blogger and has co-created an X (formally Twitter) Space called Connections without Borders to continue collaborating and connecting with like-minded educators across the globe.

Her passions include mentoring, empowering others to find their voice, collaborating and striving for “what’s next” by actively participating in new learning spaces and experiences.  Teaching is a gift and it remains at the core of what drives me to do better and be better.
