Michele Hill is a passionate  and experienced educator who now serves as the Coordinator of Admissions and Communications at Burlington County Institute of Technology. Throughout her career as an educator, Michele has been a champion for struggling and impoverished students and a resource and cheerleader to her colleagues. Michele has been a guest blogger for ASCD Inservice, McGraw Hill, Principal Leadership, Teacher Tool Kit UK, Edweek and ASCD Road Tested and a co-author of 100 No Nonsense Things that Teachers Need to Stop Doing. Michele is a provider of professional development with a sharp focus on teacher retention, student engagement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
